Accounts with PAYG Outstanding balance cannot subscribe to any plan.

All plans are non-refundable after subscription.

All plans have 5 days processing time

All plans qualify for our compensation policy for damages if such cases arise.

Plans cannot be transferred to another customer.

Plans cannot be used to settle any previous PAYG Outstanding balance from PAY-AS-YOU-GO invoices.

All plans qualify for Free Pickup & Delivery and Free SMS alert.

No express service is allowed on any subscription plan.

Plan excludes items such as; All large items not limited to Duvets, Rugs, Wedding Gown, Comforters, Blankets, Sleeping Covers, Curtains, Wedding Gowns, Chair and cushion pillows, Cartoon Character Costumes.

When you subscribe through our payment processor paystack, you have expressly agreed to be billed automatically monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly on expiration date of the selected plan. Should you wish to cancel any subscription plan, you are required to initiate the cancellation through the cancellation notice sent from paystack to the email address you provided on the payment page before renewal date. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address to ensure you receive all correspondence with paystack and Ritman Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service.
